Do you have a company registered with the Georgia Secretary of State? If so, please take note that the Corporation Division has introduced a new online system. They state that is a more intuitive, user friendly way to register a new entity or manage your existing entity. The features that have been improved include actions such as: filing your annual report, obtaining certificates and documents, and many other online services which are available for your convenience.
If you are a Georgia registered entity, we encourage you to log-on to their website and navigate the new and improved corporation system to familiarize yourself with all the features that are available at your fingertips.

- Click on Online Services Button
- Click on the Create a User Account button [if you previously had an account in the old system, you will need to register again]
- Once this is complete, you will be able to log-in and navigate the website!
